Dwellings Group is an independent agent based in Perry Barr, Birmingham, covering a wide local residential area across the city and the West Midlands — including Walsall, Wednesbury, Tipton and Albrighton. We focus on providing efficient sales, lettings and management services, and on genuinely getting to know what our customers need: whether that's a landlord looking for a reliable tenant, a family searching for their next home, or a buyer ready to make an offer.
We aim to be quick off the mark in finding tenants and buyers, while staying trusted to look after the interests of the landlords and sellers we work for — good quality accommodation, fair market rents, tenant insurance services, short and long-term lets, mortgage advice, and much more, all under one roof.
What we do
- Sales — valuations, marketing, viewings and negotiation through to completion.
- Lettings — tenant find, referencing, tenancy agreements and move-in, for landlords who want to stay hands-on.
- Full management — maintenance, compliance (gas safety, EPCs, electrical checks), rent collection and statements, and routine inspections, all handled on the landlord's behalf.
- Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs), arranged quickly for sales and lets.
- Selective and additional licensing guidance for landlords in areas that require it.
- Short and long-term lets, HMOs and student accommodation.
